Leader Passport
Must bring to every lesson. Stamped seals cannot be reissued if lost.
- Sick Leave: Valid doctor's note required.
- Personal Leave: 1-week advance notice.
Attendance of 10+ lessons is required for scholarship eligibility.
Scholarship Award
Outstanding performers may receive up to HK$1,000 scholarship and a certificate of recognition.
Criteria
- 1 Scholarship selection will be based on students' class performance
- 2 The degree of completion of preset goals.

To help students settle into learning smoothly and achieve the best possible outcomes, please pay special attention to the following details:
Daily Learning and Preparation
- Daily Recording: Assist your child in daily recording tasks. Send via WhatsApp to 9151 9368 (Mon-Fri).
- Listening Practice: Use teaching resources at home for additional training.
- School Badge: Must be worn in class. Replacement fee: HK$20.
- Stationery: Provided by school; no need to bring your own.
Leader Passport (Important Handbook)
- Carrying: Must bring to every lesson.
- Loss: Cannot be reissued; accumulated points will be forfeited.
- Replacement: HK$30 administrative fee; stamps will not be reissued.
Attendance and Leave
- No Make-up Lessons: Not offered for any session.
- Sick Leave: Supported by a valid doctor's certificate.
- Requirement: Attendance rate of 10 or more out of 12 lessons required for scholarship nomination.
Scholarship Selection
- Criteria: Based on class performance and goal completion.
- Reward: Up to HK$1,000 and a certificate of recognition.
